Quick Hits: Rockies Rocked by A's, 10-6

Sams No. 3 -- No. 1 in Appetite Appeasement

-- The Rockies suffered a 10-6 loss to the Chicago White Sox on Saturday in Glendale, Az.

-- Seunghwan Oh woke up with a stiff neck on Saturday. He told the Rockies it had loosened up and he was ready for his scheduled one-inning appearance. He never got through the inning. POh gave up four runs on two home runs, a walk and a single while retiring only two batters.

--Antonio Senzatela started and wasn't charged with an earned run, but did allow five hits and a walk, which led to two unearend runs.

--Scott Oberg is picking up where he left off last year. The right-handed reliever worked two shuout innings, striking out two.

--Ryan McMahon went 2-for-2 withg a walk and two-run scored, giving him a .462 average. His competition at second base, Garrett Hampson, came into the game as a pinch-runner and stole two bases.

--Pat Valaika continued his bid to wipe out the memories of 2018, hitting a three-run home run, which gave the Rockies a 3-0 lead in the top of the second.
